FAQs

  • What time is check-in and check out?
    Check in is between 16.00 and 22.00. If you need to check in outside these times please give us a ring on 07793021609 and I will be happy to arrange something more suitable for you. Check out is 11.00.
  • Can I leave luggage before the normal check-in and check-out time?
    We are happy to be flexible and can store your luggage before your room is ready. If you are not leaving until later we can also store your luggage until you are ready to depart.
  • What methods of payment are accepted?
    We take multiple types of card payments which include Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club and Discover, Electron, Maestro and Japanese Credit Bureau. We do not take American Express. We also accept cash payments.
  • What time is breakfast served until?
    Breakfast is served from 7.30 - 9.30. Just let us know if you need to arrange an earlier breakfast.
  • How late can I make a reservation?
    You can make a reservation up to 18.00 the same day. Full payment will be required at time of check in.
  • Can I book a room without breakfast?
    Our rates include breakfast but if you require a room only rate please contact us on 07793 021609 or info@kiltariff.co.uk
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    There is free cancellation up to a week before the check in date. If cancelled within this time full price will be charged. In the case of a no show, fulll price will be charged.
  • Which airport is closest to Kiltariff?
    Belfast City Airport is 1 hour away via car. Belfast International is 1 hour away via car. Dublin Airport is 1 hour 15 mins away via car.
  • Where is the closest train station to Kiltariff?
    Newry Train Station is only 20 mins drive away
  • Does Kiltariff have a car park?
    There is parking space at the front of the house for cars
  • How can I arrange a taxi?
    Please let us know in advance if you need a taxi and we can arrange it for you
  • Use of Guest Drawing Room and other amenities
    Guests are welcome to use the drawing room to watch TV and relax. DVDs are available on request.
